Customer Service Rep

Job Summary: Centrotherm Eco Systems, due to recent promotions, is looking for a dynamic individual to fill a customer service position. This person will work cooperatively with the sales and marketing team to:
 
Job duties:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer service and hand-off inquiries as needed
  • Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
  • Document customer interaction including any required follow up / action items in our CRM software
  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner
  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability, recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
  • Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
  • Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals, and work effectively with other team members
 
Job Requirements:
  • An associate’s degree is required and a bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including outlook, word, excel and power point
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required
