Centrotherm Eco Systems Expands Team

Manufacturer of polypropylene vent systems for high efficiency appliances adds to growing team.

Albany NYCentrotherm Eco Systems, LLC (http://centrotherm.us.com), a member of the gas flue division of CENTROTEC Sustainable AG (http://centrotec.com), is proud to announce the expansion of its staff with the addition of Kevin Shaw to the position of design engineer.

Kevin will augment the Centrotherm sales team with his years of engineering experience. Previously, Kevin served as Lead Product Development Engineer, where he oversaw a team of engineers working to improve and develop new products for M&G DuraVent.

With nearly a decade at M&G, Kevin brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience to the Centrotherm team, and will continue developing and improving the InnoFlue® brand of polypropylene vent systems.

A graduate of SUNY IT, Kevin has a degree in mechanical engineering. In addition, Kevin boasts a background in plastics with experience in both injection molding and part design.

Originally from Glens Falls, New York, Kevin now lives in Ballston Lake with his wife and two daughters.

When Kevin is not improving the offering of polypropylene vent components, he spends his time in his woodworking studio creating homemade furniture and crafting all sorts of interesting items from wood.

Jim Molloy, Vice-President of Business Development, said “we at Centrotherm are very excited to have Kevin as part of the team. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and is very well respected in the industry. His engineering and design skills should prove exceptionally valuable for the company.”
