Centrotherm Systemtechnik GmbH Announces New U.S. Subsidiary

Albany, New York – April 22, 2009 – Centrotherm Systemtechnik GmbH, the global leader in polypropylene venting technology, in conjunction with Martin Wawrla, founder of ProTech Systems, Inc., announces the formation of its U.S. subsidiary, Centrotherm Eco Systems, LLC.

For nearly two decades Centrotherm Systemtechnik has been supplying environmentally responsible and superior performing polypropylene vent systems to the European market. The formation of Centrotherm Eco Systems provides the Centrotherm group of companies a platform to introduce and aggressively support InnoFlue® branded polypropylene venting products in the North American Market.
