Scope of the Job
Installation a Viessmann boiler in a residential coastal home with unique placement and venting requirements. Because of flood restrictions, they were unable to install in the basement or first floor. As a result, the boiler had to be located on the top floor of the home. The venting system then needed to run vertically through the roof, passing through a semi-finished area near the roof deck.
