My name is Ali Pendergast and I am a Customer Support Specialist at Centrotherm! I have gathered a mix of experiences across a variety of industries, including Fintech recruitment, Healthcare operations and Retail. I am extremely customer focused, passionate about efficiency and providing the best experience possible. In addition to my professional experience, I also have professional certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and a Certified Associate in Project Management, which have elevated my cross-functional collaboration and helped me to better understand how to support teams and customers in agile and fast growing organizations.

In my free time, you can find me spending time with my pets, gaming, creating resin art, or maybe improving my amateur woodworking skills. I'm also a part-time adrenaline junky; I love speed inline rollerblading and hope to go skydiving again soon!
